Delivery Area
LovingBlooms.com can deliver flowers to almost 100% of the United States and
Canada. We can also deliver flowers, worldwide, to more than 150 countries
across the globe.
Floral Delivery Time
LovingBlooms.com offers same-day delivery on most floral orders placed
before 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone. We do not offer Same-Day delivery on
some arrangements that use unique flowers or plants — such as exotics — due to
the limited availability of these flowers and plants.
Scheduling Deliveries
LovingBlooms.com can guarantee delivery on a specific day, but cannot guarantee
a specific delivery time during the day. On some occasions, the recipient may
be called to ensure delivery on the date requested.
LovingBloom.com's Delivery Policy
When placing your order, please identify the date upon which it is to be
delivered. Floral orders can be delivered to the US and Canada on the
same day the order is placed. Please refer to the following delivery schedule
for specifics:
United States and Canada

Monday through Friday: Orders placed before 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone
can be delivered that same day. Orders placed after 2p.m. in the recipient's
time zone can be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Saturday: Orders placed before 12 noon in the recipient's time zone can be
delivered that same day. Orders placed after 12 noon in the recipient's time
zone can be delivered on the next available delivery date.

Sunday: Sunday delivery is available in some areas. In those areas, orders
placed before 12 noon in the recipient's time zone can be delivered on that
same day. The availability of Sunday delivery will be determined during order
checkout.
Holiday Delivery Policy
During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day our florists
operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm. Due to the nature of florist
delivered products, we are unable to cancel an order once it has already been sent
out to a florist delivery. If you just placed an order and wish to cancel please
call us directly at 800.935.1999.
Funeral Orders
If your order is for a funeral service and requires delivery at a specific time
of day:
- Monday Morning Delivery - order by Saturday at 12 noon in the recipient's
time zone.

Morning Delivery Tuesday - Saturday - order by 3p.m. in the recipient's time
zone on the day before.

Afternoon Delivery Monday - Saturday - orders must be placed with a 4 hour lead
time.

Sunday Delivery is available in some areas. Order by Saturday at 12 noon in the
recipient's time zone.
Exotic Flower & Plant Orders
Exotic flowers and plants are available for delivery Monday through Saturday.
Same-day delivery is not available on exotic items, and orders must be placed
by 2p.m. Monday through Friday in the recipient's time zone and by 12 noon on
Saturday to ensure delivery on the next available day.
Weather
LovingBlooms.com is not responsible for delays in delivery of florist-delivered
or shipped products caused by severe weather conditions or other acts of God and
cannot reimburse delivery fees on such orders.
Early Delivery
In the event that a shipped product arrives early, the recipient can enjoy
the gift early, but we are unable to offer a discount based on early deliveries
.
Delivery Policy - Miscellaneous
If your florist delivered flowers were not delivered or attempted on the
day that you requested, we may be able to credit back up to $10 for the inconvenience.
(This does not include rural locations or deliveries for Saturday or Sundays because
service is not available in all areas on Saturday or Sundays.)
In the event your shipped product was not delivered or attempted on the day you
requested, we may be able to issue a $10.00 credit for the inconvenience. We cannot
issue a credit if the delay was caused by severe weather conditions or other acts
of God.
We are not responsible for flowers or shipped gifts that are left in an office overnight
where heat can become an issue.
